About the Job

As the Partnerships Lead, you will be responsible for recruiting and managing our affiliates across Singapore. Your main role will be to define, implement and manage our affiliate strategy, using best practice, data insights and collaboration with your colleagues. Excellent communication and people skills are key to succeeding in this role, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with top affiliate partners and working closely with internal stakeholders.

• Affiliate and Creator Management: Manage and nurture affiliate contacts across Tier 1 & 2, with a focus on expanding the affiliate and creator network in Singapore. Bring onboard new affiliates and long-tail creators, including both lifestyle influencers and emerging personal finance content creators, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives.
• Onboarding and Training: Facilitate the onboarding process for newly onboarded long-tail creators, guiding them through SingSaver promotions across various verticals and products. Educate them on the SingSaver user journey, tracking capabilities, payout, and billing accuracy to ensure a seamless start.
• Business Development and Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a growth strategy for Tier 1 & 2 affiliates and long-tail creators, aligning with the strategic direction set. Proactively explore new business opportunities and build a strong distribution network to drive revenue growth.
• Negotiation and Deal Optimization: Be a win-win negotiator; secure the best possible affiliate deals and contracts, and proactively optimize existing deals with large affiliates. Ensure long-tail creators are set up for success by providing them with constructive feedback on maximizing player value.
• Content Planning and Execution: Plan and execute fixed-fee content for providers with creators, coordinating across providers, creators, and internal teams. Ensure the accuracy of tracking and billing, and ensure the content aligns with our strategic vision.
• BTL Campaign Execution: Lead below-the-line (BTL) campaigns with creators across multiple products, ensuring accurate and timely execution of these campaigns, including the coordination of unique gift distributions separate from standard SingSaver offers.
• Data-Driven Performance Monitoring: Regularly analyze, review, and monitor affiliate and creator deals, optimizing performance based on cost and player value. Champion the use of data and provide insights and recommendations for revenue improvement to the leadership team.
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal operational and creative teams to enhance landing pages, marketing, and merchandising campaigns through the affiliate and creator networks.
• Leadership and Team Development: Lead, motivate, and support a team of Account Managers, addressing their training and development needs.
• Stakeholder and Partner Relations: Build and manage strong, lasting relationships with key partners, positioning as a trusted industry expert in the region. Provide feedback and support to ensure partners and creators are positioned for long-term success.
• Campaign Support and Market Analysis: Support local teams on business development initiatives, campaigns, and pitches. Conduct in-depth analysis at the partner or market level to identify trends and changes, providing actionable insights.
• Risk Evaluation and Metrics Tracking: Measure key results, including revenue, competitive positioning, and supply metrics. Evaluate revenue risk for new strategies and initiatives, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.

In this role, we are looking for someone with:

• 5 years+ of experience in Account Management/ Business Development roles with strong knowledge of the eCommerce and affiliate/content creator industry

Job Description

· Assist the Ops Manager to oversee the delivery of IT services.

· Leads the team of Service Desk engineers to ensure they meet established SLAs and service quality standards.

· Lead the team of Service Desk engineers to provide L1 and L2 on-site / remote IT support for CLIENT employees.

· Provide dedicated support for approximately 200 VIP users.

· Work with the Ops manager to provide suggestions to the EDX team on what to update in the IT Service Desk playbook, ensuring it is comprehensive and current.

· Assist to implement service improvement plans approved by the EDX team.

· Stay relevant with industry trends and best practices, integrating them into the service delivery strategy.

· Adhere to ITIL processes and frameworks, ensuring best practices in IT service management.

Education

· Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

Summary

This position is accountable for supervising quality control inspection work of steel structural, Equipment, piping including painting/ insulation and other permanent materials installed for the facility so that the construction work can be completed meeting with the Schedule, quality, and Safety requirements.

He will be assigned to work under JGCAP’s Site In-charge/ Project Manager. He shall monitor the subcontractor’s quality control work plan, day to day inspection, performance, other quality activities and report to the JGCAP’s Site In-charge/ Project Manager.

Daily progress of quality control inspection works and problems shall be immediately reported to the JGCAP’s Site In-charge/ Project Manager and ask for his instruction, which should be conveyed to the relating sections without delay and shall be supervised to complete/ repair/ re-work on such issue.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Receive the instruction of the job to be in his duty from JGCAP’s Site In-charge/ Project Manager.
• Receive the orientation of the field office function from JGCAP’s Site In-charge.
• Receive all required safety induction course from JGCAP’s Safety Lead or his assigned Supervisor.
• Review the latest status of “For Construction Drawings” and Specifications For Construction” and ensure that the same Drawings and Specifications are used by the subcontractor, and if not, make sure the Execution Implementation Contractor (EIC) collects the latest issues.

• Experience on welding inspection, preferably of the level of CSWIP Level 3.2 (Certification Scheme for Welding Inspection Personnel), AWS, NDE, NACE certificates.
