Work Experience & Qualifications

· Must possess relevant Degree in Textiles or Interior Design or equivalent.

· Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in FF&E especially in hospitality industry.

· Professional knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, 3D Max and sketch up will

be a plus.

· PC versatility essential.

· Good understanding of design (composition, planning, materials, details, furniture, and fixtures).

· Good knowledge of drawing preparation and CAD standard, strong organizational skill and attentive to detail.

· Able to interpret specifications and layouts.

· Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

· Must be meticulous, a good team player and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and perform

in a fast-pace environment.

· Highly motivated, strong communication, interpersonal, observation skills and team player.

· Creativity and artistic flair.

· Passionate and aware of global design trends and FF&E supplies.

· Responsible and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

a. Overseeing all supply chain operations.

b. Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.

c. Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures.

d. Reviewing, planning and routing deliveries.

e. Picking and checking goods accurately.

f. Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of goods.

g. Addressing and resolving delivery and storage issues.

h. Able to prioritise and ensuring all tasks completed for the day.

i. Able to work long hours during peak seasons

Requirements

· Minimum ‘O’ Levels certificate with 4-5 years of working experience

· Able to operate forklift
