• Administer purchase requisition, quote and purchase order documents and processes.

• Work with planning, customer service and logistics team on material planning to support manufacturing needs.

• Coordinate with vendors and forwarders on incoming and outgoing shipments.

• Maintain and manage the supply chain network and system working with vendors & contractors, freight forwarders & agents and Customers or subcontractors.

• Source for materials and new vendors & contractors , to negotiate for competitive prices, identify potential, effective and reliable Prepares and maintain all purchasing document.

• Ensure timely delivery of raw materials to meet the production requirement.

• Updates and maintain the approved vendor list (AVL).

• Responsible for supplier assessment / qualification.

• Responsible for the assessment of RoHS compliant for any new material to be purchased.

• Responsible for the waste disposition process working with qualified vendors and internal team.

• Responsible for ISO documentation, review and revision working with internal team.

• Responsible for purchasing related documents filing system complying to company ISO system requirements.

• Comply with all Quality, Environmental, Health, Safety and Security policies and procedures of the Company.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Material Engineering or any Engineering field or equivalent

• Minimum with three years’ experience in purchasing or logistic / purchasing environment

• Knowledge in ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 QEMS is preferred

Requirements:

You are a skilled change professional with proven experience of leading large-scale digital or communications projects in multinational globally distributed organisations. You have experience of driving employee advocacy and positive brand sentiment through collaboration with digital teams in financial services or another industry.

• At least 8 year experience in a project or program change role
• At least 3 years in an agile environment (ideally Scrum)
• A high degree of personal initiative, with a drive and ability to meet challenging goals
• Ability to effectively engage with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation

DevOps Global Lead is a regional role in Decision Science as part of the Technology & Business consulting department to support primary activities in our Application Delivery services. A DevOps Global Lead shall work closely with the Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, Security Manager, and Scrum Master (or Project Manager) to support the Agile Development team in designing, planning, delivering, and securing client applications in both on-prem and on-cloud environments, enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers including coaching and sharing of technical knowledge
• Lead the Devop specific projects and manage stakeholders
• Work closely with an agile build and run team to deliver the application software, using Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) practices and its related toolsets.
• Work closely with the client’s platform/infra engineering team to deliver the infrastructure and operating environment for container-based microservices that meet the agreed high availability, performance, and security requirements.
• Work closely with other internal teams within the organization to ensure that solutions are designed with customer user experience, scale/performance, security and operability in mind.
• Ensure that the software releases are aligned and follow the application release and deployment process for the various projects.
• Facilitate and support the troubleshooting or root cause analysis of platform issues or incidents.
• Proactively identify opportunities for automation, process improvement and architecture simplification for the platforms/services/products.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proficiency in CI/CD tool chains such as Gitlab, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Bamboo, SonarQube, Fortify SCA, Fortify WebInspect, Sonatype Nexus, JFrog Artifactory, and etc.
• Comprehensive experience and knowledge of containerization technologies such as Dockers, Kubernetes (K8s), and et.
