· 5+ years in Production Services, IT Operations, or similar roles, ideally within Consumer Banking or Financial Services.

· Familiarity with datacenter traffic management, routing mechanisms, and deployment planning.

· Proven ability to work cross-functionally with network, infrastructure, and vendor management teams.

· Strong analytical skills and experience managing high-impact incidents in a complex production environment.

· Prior experience leading geographically dispersed teams and managing cross-functional projects.

· ITIL, PMP, or relevant certifications in project/production management.

· Understanding of Bank-approved deployment tools and application management frameworks.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in senior leadership reporting.
