Key Responsibilities

- Team leading responsbility of the Concs Operations team in Singapore

-The Operations department is responsible for the entire execution of the trade once the commercial terms are agreed by the traders with our counterparties

- The Operations team is required to implement the deal and be the face of the company to all our counterparties with the support of the various internal and external stakeholders and service providers

- Organize bulk, container, truck shipments of concentrates: cargo packing, cargo loading, cargo discharge, transportation, transshipment and storage

- Organize insurance of the cargo during transportation and storage

- Prepare and submit commercial cargo invoices to receivers, organize settlement of invoices in coordination with Trade Finance, manage cash exposures with Counterparties, control/report credit exposure with Counterparties

- Work with service providers – forwarders, shipping agents, warehouses , surveyors: screening locations, preparing service agreements, arranging payments for services, controlling quality of services

- Organize operations for weighing, sampling and assaying of concentrates cargos. Dealing with surveyors and laboratories, understanding facilities on the ground for weighting and sampling procedures

- Organizing hedging of price exposure on concentrates shipments

- Handling data entry in the system, working with exposure, cargo reports

• Data Storage Architecture:

Requirements:

Job Description:

Test Planning

1. Create, Maintain, manage and enforce Test plan
2. Plan, monitor and control of testing activities
3. Responsible for driving forward the company test strategy
4. Schedule test execution, monitor, measure, control and report the test progress, product quality status and test results
5. Manage testers as per assigned on the overall testing under test execution

Test Requirement Gathering

1. Take ownership for system test activities and managing unit test and integration testing in an AGILE environment

3. Estimate testing effort and resources

Test Execution

1. Identify when test automation is appropriate and plan the effort, select tools and ensure training of the team
2. Lead, guide and monitor analysis, design, implementation and execution of test cases, test procedures and test suites
3. Setup test environment prior to test execution and managed during test execution
4. Work with development team to achieve minimal of 5 % defects for products/projects.
5. Execute the Test Cases for Unit Test, Integration Test, System Test, FAT & UAT.
6. Log and track defects detected during testing

Test Documentation

1. Analysis and creation of formal documentation - including project test plans, test procedures, test scripts and test reports
2. Create formal documentation for test Scenarios, Test Cases and Test Data for module, integration and system testing
3. Responsible for Summary Test Reports

Performance and Security Testing

1. Oversee and coordinate performance (load, stress) and security testing, ensuring comprehensive coverage and quality.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a SOC Team Lead located in Singapore. As a SOC Team Lead, you will be responsible to:

• Plan monthly duty roster for site team.
• Cover shift function if there are any shift resources are absent.
• Generate report dashboarding for technical analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft excel/Power BI.
• Will run operation and work the SOP to ensure the 24X7 Security operations support services operate effectively.
• Responsible for site monthly report and documentations submissions.
• Onboarding/off boarding of manpower resources (1 month).
• Submit monthly timesheet and monthly service report as part of billing documentation timely.
• Work with Main Contractor to ensure security devices or apps are patched and firmware versions are upgraded in accordance with IM8 requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and analyzing security events, identifying potential threats, conducting investigations, and responding to security incidents
• Work closely with the end client SOC team to ensure the timely and effective detection, containment, and mitigation of security incidents
• Support security developments (such as evolving threats, new or enhanced security controls or changes to the technical infrastructure).
• Ensure that all Infrastructure related procedures, operation guide, architecture diagram, hardening baselines, security metrics, etc documents shall be reviewed annually or updated whenever there are changes within a month.
• Be responsible for strengthening Customer’s cyber security posture against cyber threats through vulnerability management, incident response and analysis, threat hunting and security operations.
• Manage Customer’s Cyber security operation and manage the reporting and handling of cyber security incidents.
• Perform Vulnerability Management leveraging on MVMS.
• Perform daily checks on the Endpoint Detection Response/Database Activity Monitoring dashboard for any abnormalities.
• On boarding of subscribed servers and infrastructure devices to MVMS.
• Provide supporting documents for audits.
• Perform Monthly Vulnerability Assessment, Quarterly Vulnerability Assessment for servers and network equipment.
• Work with application and infrastructure team to ensure compliance and regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma/degree in computer studies
• 2 years of experience working in a security operation, incident response, vulnerability management or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in network security, server security, endpoint security, web security etc.
• Strong knowledge of security principles, technologies, and industry best practices.
• Experience with log analysis, malware analysis, and network traffic analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and respond to security incidents, analyze complex security issues and develop effective solutions.
• Hands-on experience in security appliances such as IBM Guardium, MMVS, Carbon Black, Cyber Ark is a definite advantage.
