What you will be working on

In this role, you will:

• Design, develop, and implement a suite of technical services in Government on Commercial Cloud (GCC) across AWS, Azure, GCP, integrating both cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technical services with existing systems.
• Participate in continuous enhancement and automation of operational processes into templates, playbooks, or other forms to ensure consistency in security compliance and scalability of services.
• Implement best practices for reliability, scalability, and performance of services.

As part of our global cyber security initiatives, we are seeking a Cyber Security Lead based in our Singapore

Regional office to support the Asia region. Reporting to the UK based Group Manager of Cyber Governance

Risk and Compliance, with operational reporting to our Regional IT Director for Asia, the Regional Cyber

Security Lead will ensure the effective communication, implementation, and adherence to cyber security

policies and best practices across Asia. You will lead regional incident response efforts, help regional and

local teams implement security controls, provide assurance of control implementation, and ensure

compliance with organisational policies. This role requires collaboration with diverse stakeholders,

contributing to reporting and assurance activities for both regional and global teams. There will be a travel requirement associated with this role (around 20-30%) within Asia.

Key Accountabilities

Regional Expertise and Leadership

• Develop a deep understanding of the region and its unique country-level differences, staying informed on new technologies, regulatory changes, and industry best practices as you lead and oversee cyber security initiatives for the region.

Incident Response

• Develop and implement regional incident response plans, ensuring alignment with Group Policy and best practices.

Reporting and Metrics

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a SOC Team Lead located in Singapore. As a SOC Team Lead, you will be responsible to:

We are looking for a GenAI Sales Lead to join the newly formed Mosaic AI Sales Team with the objective to support our direct sales organization and help capture the GenAI market opportunity that exists for Databricks.

As a GenAI Sales Lead covering APJ, you have prior experience selling into the GenAI sector and/or Machine Learning customer base. You are comfortable selling a broad GenAI platform to highly technical users and executives and you know how to sell innovation and change through customer vision expansion. You love to understand a product in depth and are passionate about communicating business value to Customers and Partners. You will report to the VP, GenAI Head of Sales.

The impact you will have:

• Meet with CXOs, IT/Data executives, LOB executives, Program Managers, and other important partners within the Regulated Industries customer segment
• Influence fast moving "land and expand" sales cycles as well as larger, more complex sales cycles related to the Databricks Mosaic AI products
• Customer Obsession: Ensure 100% satisfaction among your customer base
• You will co-develop a business plan, with your team and ecosystem partners, that accelerates existing customer success, identifies and acquires new customers and enables you to exceed quarterly/annual usage and booking goals
• You will motivate, enable and mentor a diverse team of GenAI and Data professionals to implement your business plan
• You will lead your team, customers and partners to identify impactful GenAI use cases while proving business value on the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform
• You will support the broader GenAI and big data transformation goals of your customers through a combination of strategic partnerships, well scoped professional services, training and targeted Executive engagement

What we look for:

• Inherently curious - always looking to learn more in the AI space and strives to be a thought leader amongst the sales org and customers. Already possess sales experience within GenAI/ML sales and understands how to identify buying centers to broadly sell the Data Intelligence Platform
• Executive presence with prior customer relationships with CIOs, program managers, and essential decision makers
• Ability to simply articulate complex GenAI technologies
• 7+ years of Enterprise Sales experience exceeding quotas, covering relevant in Financial Services, Federal, SLED and/or Healthcare Life Sciences accounts
• Bachelor's Degree
• Methods for co-developing business cases, solutioning accelerators and gaining support from champions and C-level Executives
• Experience identifying and developing a clear partner strategy through implementation to achieve customer success
• Familiarity with sales methodologies and process (e.g Territory and Account planning, MEDDPICC, Challenger Sales and Command of the Message)
• Experience tracking all customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce

• Provide expert guidance and training to clients on how to effectively use SAP Concur modules, including conducting workshops and training sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and business analysts, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in SAP Concur and related technologies, and proactively share knowledge with the team.
• Lead in pre-sales activities, including preparing proposals, conducting demonstrations, and showcasing the value of SAP Concur solutions to potential clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience as a SAP Concur Consultant or in a similar role, with a deep understanding of SAP Concur modules and functionality.
• At least 3 SAP Concur full cycle implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of expense management, travel management, and invoice management processes.
• Proficient in configuring and customizing SAP Concur solutions to meet client requirements.
• Solid understanding of SAP Concur integration with other systems, such as ERP systems and travel booking tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business processes and provide effective solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
• SAP Concur certification is highly desirable.

Responsible to guide and lead the manufacturing of cosmetic and health supplement products complying to Good Manufacturing Procedure. Basic chemistry understanding will be very helpful and any laborartory experience will be a plus.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare of the material and packaging material for the daily production.
• Support production including labelling of the bottles, filling, carry and moving of products.
• Maintain cleanliness of workplace and ensure machines are in good condition.
• Documentation and maintain the data of pre-weight till handover the goods to the warehouse.
• Support internal audit & external audit for ISO
• Sourcing & liaising with suppliers on the quotation and stock availability.
• Assist in coaching and guidance to the new employees.
• Raising orders of the raw material, plan the production schedule based on the inventory stock level.
• Ensure all the production operators, manufacturing process is accordance to SOP.
• Ensure the production is running smoothly.
• Learn and understand the production operation flow to complete the daily output.
• Create, update and maintain SAP system.

Requirements:
• Diploma in Chemical/Chemistry/Engineering/Pharmaceutical Sciences
• At least 2 years manufacturing work experience is preferred
• Excellent communication to provide training and coaching to team member
• Knowledge in ISO 22716, ISO 22000 and ISO 13485 knowledge will be advantageous
