As part of our global cyber security initiatives, we are seeking a Cyber Security Lead based in our Singapore

Regional office to support the Asia region. Reporting to the UK based Group Manager of Cyber Governance

Risk and Compliance, with operational reporting to our Regional IT Director for Asia, the Regional Cyber

Security Lead will ensure the effective communication, implementation, and adherence to cyber security

policies and best practices across Asia. You will lead regional incident response efforts, help regional and

local teams implement security controls, provide assurance of control implementation, and ensure

compliance with organisational policies. This role requires collaboration with diverse stakeholders,

contributing to reporting and assurance activities for both regional and global teams. There will be a travel requirement associated with this role (around 20-30%) within Asia.

Key Accountabilities

Regional Expertise and Leadership

• Develop a deep understanding of the region and its unique country-level differences, staying informed on new technologies, regulatory changes, and industry best practices as you lead and oversee cyber security initiatives for the region.

Incident Response

• Develop and implement regional incident response plans, ensuring alignment with Group Policy and best practices.

• Liaise with the team, Engineering Design Manager, the Project Technical Specialists, as well as the Client Technical Team, on the review and approval of design submissions including calculations and drawings for the mechanical and process elements of the Waste to Energy (WTE) facility, Materials Recovery Facility (MRF), Sludge Incineration Facility (SIF), and Food Waste Treatment Facility (FWFT) and ensure coordination with all disciplines
• Ensure inspection documentation fully complies with the Specification requirements, local Authorities’ requirements
• Any other matters that may from time to time be delegated by the PD/PM

Requirements

The individual shall be:-

• in the discipline of Civil/Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation and Controls
• a Professional Engineer/Chartered Engineer registered in his/her country of practice is preferred
• with a minimum of 10 years of relevant engineering experience in delivery of large scale industrial/utilities projects (e.g. waste, water, oil & gas, power) or relevant experience in delivering large solid waste management projects (e.g. WTE, sludge incineration, materials recovery and food waste treatment).

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for The Company’s relationship with a portfolio of strategic insurance providers in the healthcare insurance segment.

The focus of the role is to drive profitable and sustainable growth in these accounts for The Company.

The incumbent is responsible for developing and implementing an effective account plan based in-line with the overall account plan provided by the Sales & Marketing Head and CEO in The Company.

This includes achieving set performance targets.

Responsibilities:

. Develop and manage healthcare insurance accounts and ensure that these clients' needs are met in a timely manner.

. Build, develop and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare insurance clients and key stakeholders, and work to expand business opportunities for The Company.

. Act as primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring that solutions are delivered successfully and on time.

. Ensure sales targets are achieved and existing clients are retained

. To identify problems, develop solutions, and implement them quickly and effectively. Able to help resolve customer issues and manage correspondence well.

. To have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience:

. A proven track record in consultative services-led sales engagements and multiparty negotiations with partners and clients

. 5+ years experience in proactively engaging at Senior Executive level within health insurance organizations

. Experience of having developed and executed business strategies to substantially increase account growth and revenues

. Intimate understanding of the insurance business levers and operational process in Singapore and regional markets

Education:

. Relevant tertiary qualification e.g. business, marketing, technology

Skills:

. Analytical, strong in diagnostic of problems and resolution skills

. Possess exceptional interpersonal, communications and presentations skills

. Prior experience in working with healthcare insurance companies

. Familiar with MS Tools, databases, statistics, product lines, healthcare insurance and latest medical issues, able to develop PowerPoint slides for customer presentations
