Job Summary:

The Project Manager (Mechanical) is responsible for overseeing and managing the installation of air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) system in buildings.

This role involves leading a team of competent engineers, supervisors and skilled workers in tendering for projects, procuring materials, equipment and manpower, coordinating with stakeholders, installation of the ACMV system as well as conduct of testing and commissioning of the ACMV system.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience in management and execution of air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) works.
