Job Summary:

The Operations Manager (Commercial and Environmental) is responsible for providing the overall direction of the organisation within the guidelines set up by the board of directors or a similar governing body. - Preparing periodic schedules and all other documentations and ensure all periodic schedules has been enforced and followed up accordingly.

- Covering of manpower if needed (requires you to do hands-on cleaning)

- Recruiting of manpower for projects

- Resolving all matters/ incidents on site

6. Manage inventory, equipment and maintenance schedule

- Stocktake and allocating of equipment and/or technologies and supplies to project sites

- Identify and recommend suitable equipment and/or technologies to improve cleaning operations

- Implement maintenance schedules for tools and equipment

7. Manage cleaning teams

- Facilitating in planning of work schedules, deployment of manpower, effective work processes and capability development of staff

8. Manage incidents

- Guide teams to respond to major incidents/emergencies and reporting it to the management

9. Any other tasks as assigned by the reporting officer.

We are looking for a highly skilled Fixed Network Solution Managerto lead the planning, design, and implementation of cutting-edge solutions in the telecom industry. In this role, you will be responsible for business development, technical proposal creation, and customer relationship management. Responsibilities

• Lead the design and technical planning of fixed network solutions to meet diverse customer needs, focusing on functionality, performance, and scalability

• Oversee solution integration from concept to deployment, ensuring that projects are executed smoothly and meet the customer’s operational requirements

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in ICT infrastructure with a strong focus on fixed network solutions such as SDN, PON, DWDM, routing protocols, and network design
• Hands-on experience in network architecture design, including high-level and low-level design (HLD/LLD)
• Proven track record in leading projects, managing client expectations, and ensuring solutions are delivered on time and within scope
• Experience working directly with network vendors and/or operators to implement large-scale solutions
• Understanding of 5G technologies and their integration into fixed network infrastructure
• Solid experience in pre-sales support, preparing technical proposals, and managing the bidding process

The Commissioning Lead/Manager is responsible for coordinating and executing commissioning plans for large-scale greenfield data centers and retrofitting live data centers.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management:Execute and track commissioning plans and schedules across multiple facilities.
  Communicate effectively with business operations and construction managers.
  Liaise with internal construction managers and external contractors to plan and execute commissioning activities.
  Maintain logs, checklists, and tools to monitor commissioning projects.
  Track and update the project budget related to commissioning activities.
  Oversee Factory Acceptance Testing.
  
• Customer Interface:Support senior management in customer interactions, serving as the point of contact when management is unavailable.
