Store Expansion Strategy

• Develop and execute the store expansion strategy for the Singapore region. Analyze market trends, demographics, and competitor activities to identify potential areas for new store openings.
• Set up short - term and long - term goals for store expansion, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives.

Vendor and Partner Management

• Liaise with engineering suppliers to ensure seamless construction and fit - out processes for new stores. Negotiate contracts, manage timelines, and ensure quality control throughout the project.
• Coordinate with design and construction teams. Provide clear briefs based on MINISO's brand standards, and oversee the design and construction progress to meet the company's requirements.
