Salary: $15 - $17 per hour
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 830am-6pm, Friday 830am-530pm
Location: Habourfront
Contract Period: 6 months
Job Responsibilities:
Support in PO variations/closing, procurement report generation, ad-hoc procurement tasks and projects.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum degree
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in purchasing related role in a government agency
- Supply Chain/Procurement certification or other professional qualification
- Good customer service, communication and time management skills
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft programmes (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc)
- Knowledge in the Government Procurement Instruction Manuals, GeBIZ and WorkDay is preferred
- Proficient with government procurement platforms (e.g. GeBIZ, WorkDay) including, but not limited to:
- Creating / amending / closing POs on both platforms
- Troubleshooting errors on both platforms
- Organised and meticulous
