Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the Manager in managing Logistics & Inventory Management activities to meet customers' and company’s expectations.
2. Assist the Manager in data analysis, strategizing inventory planning, solution execution, and activities.
3. Handle material handling and coordination, including document control for audit trail, generating reports for statistics and management review, and administrating workflow procedures to improve efficiency within Inventory Management.
4. Develop material plans and compile forecasts to fulfill customers’ orders, participating in stock inventory control.
5. Conduct business continuous improvement activities, including performance improvement strategies and identifying business requirements.
6. Assist the manager in integrating various functions and performing an Executive role, coordinating activities to enhance the quality of Parts services.
7. Support HOD to achieve set targets in terms of inventory and serve as a backup for the Parts Coordinator.
8. Perform duties to improve logistics activities, including identifying parts business requirements and setting up the required business unit within the section.
9. Familiarize with various functions within the Inventory Department, seek improvements, and create procedures for each task.
10. Assist the Manager in detecting any issues with Parts operation.
11. Perform technology application tasks, including sourcing for technology applications to improve tasks and conducting simulations and trial runs for technology applications.
12. Perform safety and health tasks, including reporting WSH incidents, coordinating WSH activities to ensure personal compliance with requirements, suggesting WSH solutions to address localized shortcomings, performing safety and health risk assessments, and complying with safety, health, and operational quality standards.

Entry Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience related to inventory management, logistics, supply chain management, or similar functions within the semiconductor or related industries.
• Candidates should possess at least a Diploma / Degree.

• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 2 - 3 years of purchasing and procurement experience
