Vendor Management

• Have experiences in working in large scale projects.
• MRT working experience would be an added advantage.
• Working Location: Site Office, Tampines.

We are SME in Singapore. This position will be located at Bukit Batok.

Job Descriptions:

• Coordinate document submission with site office personnel

• Prepare quotation and email to customer

• Follow up the quotation

• Prepare the PO and Purchase requisition

• Assist in Compilation Employee Claims

• Assist in source product as given

• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Singaoprean / PR only

• Min 2 year of working experience in related field is required for this position.

• NITEC with 2 years experience will be considered as well

• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.

Job Types: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

• Create purchase order in Microsoft Dynamics (NAV)
• Assist in updating data and maintaining accurate records
• Any other ad-hoc duties related to purchasing

Requirements:

1. Experience in sourcing, procurement process will be advantage.
2. Able to commit 2 days a week.
3. Good interpersonal skills.
4. Opportunity to convert to full time role when volume is increasing.
