Job Description

• Prepare and monitor long-term and short-term inventory and procurement planning
• Ensure smooth material flow and sufficient quantity for production
• Responsible for the sourcing and purchasing of Raw & Packaging materials, semi-finished good, spare parts and office used equipments etc
• Liaise with various International and Local new suppliers to source for new products
• Manage good relationship with current suppliers
• Obtain the highest quality materials at competitive prices
• Negotiate for competitive price from few quotations
• Review and issue supplier / subcontractor evaluation report
• Ensure the purchasing system and procedure comply with the QMS and Food Safety programs
• Maintain and update ISO / HACCP / BRC documentations

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree / Diploma or equivalent in Business / Supply Chain
• Class 3 Driving License
• At least 2 years' of procurement experience in manufacturing industry
• Proficient in an ERP system, preferred with Business Central 365 (Microsoft Dynamic Nav)
• Good proficiency in Microsoft office
• A good team player, energetic and willing to work hard
• Good communication skill
