PURCHASING Executive (One-Year Contract)

Job Responsibilities

• Creating Purchase Order in ERP
• Sourcing, evaluating, qualifying and selecting appropriate vendor to satisfy the requirements of the end-users.
• Negotiating the best possible terms with vendors.
• Ensure the timely delivery of ordered materials
• Preparation of documentary requirements for vendor masterdata creation (COMPASS)
• Clarifying issues with vendors in case of invoicing disputes.

Knowledge and Experience required :

• Min NITEC / GCE / Diploma
• MS Office – Excel, Powerpoint, and Word.
• Know-how in PowerBI an advantage
• Willing to learn a new ERP system (LN Infor)
• 3-4 years experience in handling procurement activities

Working Hours : 9am – 6pm (Hybrid)
