Location: Tuas Shipyard Road (transport provided from Lakeside MRT)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Salary: Up to $3,000 per month

Job Description:
The Procurement Officer will handle procurement and accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the purchase requisition-to-purchase order process.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order process.
• Ensure accurate matching of invoices with orders and finalize accounts payable transactions.
• Submit all necessary documentation to the Finance Department and obtain required approvals.
• Oversee progressive payment processes and scan completed documents into shared folders.
