Your Profile

• Proven experience in contract management and procurement within a corporate environment.
• Experience with Oracle is preferred.

Job Scope:

• Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies for the products;

Pre-requisites:

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in procurement;
• Possess at least a Diploma preferably in Business Administration; International Trade & Business, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or any Technical Field;
• Proficient in Excel (Intermediate – Advanced level), Word, PowerPoint, and SAP knowledge;
• A certificate or associate degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field will be an advantage.

Scope:

• Responsible for managing assigned Categories, including but not limited to the understanding of business and drivers for the respective Categories.
• Manages the Source-to-Pay (S2P) process i.e., Sourcing of vendors based on business requirements, initiating ITQ/ Tender, bid clarifications, negotiations, issue PO and facilitate vendor payment.

Requirements:

• A Diploma/ Degree in any discipline with preferably with minimum 5 years of related Procurement experience; experience in Category Management is a plus.
• Resourceful and proficient in sourcing for relevant vendors in terms of price, delivery, and capabilities.
• Competent and comfortable with negotiations with vendors.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team to meet timelines and KPIs.
