WAREHOUSE DELIVERY DRIVER

Job Description:

You will be part of a tight, close-knit warehouse team that manages the daily operational warehouse functions for THE PROVIDORE GROUP.

Together as a team, you will support the Warehouse & Logistics Manager by rendering delivery support, updating delivery records, ordering required items, and ensuring accurate information is put on record.

• Process online delivery orders by generating the order information through the designated online platform
• Generate and print the delivery orders and invoices
• Prepare order items and check all items are in good order
• Ensure items are probably packed before arranging for delivery
• Execute in-house deliveries
• Plan the day’s delivery route prior to executing in-house delivery service
• Follow up on defective or undelivered items, notify supervisor, and make arrangements with the order recipient accordingly
• Ensure all processed documents are filed in an orderly manner for recording and auditing purposes
• Be exposed to other skill-development plans or ad-hoc tasks beneficial for your development

Job Requirements:

• Possess Class 3 Driving License
• Prior related experience in a warehouse environment will be advantageous but not necessary as training and guidance will be provided!

• Willing to work 5.5 days a week; 6am - 3pm on weekdays, and 10am - 2pm on Sundays

1. Delivery Operations

• Safely and efficiently operate the delivery vehicle to transport chocolates to various locations across Singapore.

2. Packing of Chocolates:

• Responsible for carefully packing chocolates in accordance with the shop's packaging standards to maintain product quality.

3. Customer Service:

• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing customer inquiries or concerns in a courteous and professional manner.

4. Store

• Assist in store duties as assigned

5. Vehicle Maintenance:

• Perform routine checks on the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Responsible for cleanliness of vehicle to comply with SFA regulations
