STORE MANAGER

KEY MISSIONS

● Be responsible for leading the retail team to achieve the assigned sales goals for the store and for each individual

● Work closely with the Senior Manager and/or the APAC Trainer to train and motivate the retail team, enhance team morale, and maintain a positive and efficient environment

● Ensure that store merchandising plans are correctly implemented and that the store image is maintained for the brand to be represented professionally

● Assist in understanding and identifying the needs and requirements of existing and potential customers, and share the information with the supervisor in a timely manner

● Contribute to the development of sales and marketing initiatives that will boost sales at the store

● Participate actively in training sessions to acquire the latest knowledge (products and technologies), then conduct in-store training sessions with the retail team

● Compile reports on traffic information, client demographics, commercial pitch efficiency, and processes for optimizing staff presence in the store

● Maintain good inventory control and track sales performance at different points of sales

● Work closely with all departments: Customer Support, HR, Finance, Operations, and Marketing to ensure corporate guidelines and procedures are adhered to within the team at the store

● Accomplish other tasks or achieve other KPIs as assigned by the company

PROFILE

● A minimum of 4-6 years of work experience in luxury retail as sales, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding sales results

● At least 2 years of experience in retail sales management, training experience is a plus

● Highly proficient in English, Mandarin is a plus. Other spoken language proficiency is welcome

● Leadership qualities with high ambitions

● Autonomy, problem-solving abilities, and entrepreneurial drive are essential

● Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills

● Strong computer skills such as MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and open to learning new software platforms

● Well-spoken, strong presentation and communication skills required

● Training, Workforce Management experience is a plus

● High energy to cope with a versatile and fast-paced environment

● Ability to represent the brand

● Interest or knowledge in Audio, luxury brands, and music would be an advantage

● Availability and flexibility to work (roster-based) to meet the needs of the business

Location: East

Job Responsibilities:

1. Packing daily orders for customers, including both B2B and B2C.

2. Managing the handling, checking, receiving, picking, packing, and storage of all incoming stock.

3. Inspecting goods received to ensure they meet the required quantity, type, and quality standards.

4. Preparing and labeling deliveries for the delivery team.

5. Signing off on received stock and replenishing inventory as needed.

6. Ensuring the accuracy of physical stock quantities.

7. Recording and updating daily stock movements.

8. Performing other related ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $2,300 - $2,800 per month depending on experience

Working hours: 5 days a week

Job Scope:

- Delivering of stocks to various outlets

- Warehouse duties such as unloading goods from containers & arranging them

- Inventory Management (Receiving, checking, ordering and counting of stocks

from suppliers), ensure warehouse is arranged in an orderly manner

- Perform accurate and on-time delivery to outlets. Deliver stocks such as lid and

cups, bbt stocks, take away boxes etc.

- Maintain housekeeping and safety for the warehouse area

- Perform ad-hoc task as assigned by superior

Job Requirements:

- Possess valid Singapore class 3 or 4 license

- Physically fit
