Store Assistant cum Driver

• Location: Kaki Bukit
• Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Need to have forklift and class 3 license
• At least 1 year working experience

Working Days: 5 days/week between Monday to Sunday

Location: Beach Road (Raffles Hotel)

Duration: ASAP to 30 April 2025. Subjected to extension or conversion

Salary : $2,800 per month

Job Scope:

• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including espresso-based drinks, coffee, tea, wine, spirits, and cocktails.
• Maintain knowledge of beverage offerings and provide recommendations to clients.
• Greet and escort clients warmly, taking orders and ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked coffee station, managing inventory and equipment.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards, ensuring a safe work environment.
• Communicate client feedback, suggest improvements, and assist in training new staff.
• Maintain records of beverages served, inventory, and assist with ordering supplies.
• Participate in team meetings and provide support to colleagues.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality or food & beverage roles preferred.
• Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, coffee/tea preparation, and cocktail mixing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client service.
• Ability to thrive under pressure
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Passion for coffee, beverages, and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Create Purchase Orders.
• Track orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with internal divisions to ensure received items meet quantity and quality standards.
• Verify vendor invoices against purchase orders and delivery orders.
• Address product quality concerns and inconsistencies with suppliers.
• Monitor warehouse stock levels to ensure adequate inventory.
• Maintain up-to-date records of suppliers, goods, costs, and lead times.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding documentation (e.g., MSDS, product specifications).
• Conduct weekly inventory checks.
• Participate in the annual stock take.
• Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Description

• Working Location: Tuas (Transport Provided)

Key Responsibilities

• Material planning and procurement
• Responsible to review RFQ, stock status and customer demand.
• Raise Purchase Requisition and subsequently issue Purchase Order to supplier upon receipt of customer’s PO.
• Follow up with supplier to ensure correct parts are shipped out from supplier on time.
• Process customer’s order and ensure that parts are delivered to customer on time.
• Establish good rapport with MRO supplier; and at the same time provide excellent customer service to MRO customer.
• Timely feedback of procurement and order processing issues to immediate Superior.
• Compile and maintain records of quantity, cost, and type of material received, storage and issued out.
• Reconcile information on material requisition, invoice, and shipping notice to material receipt or issuance to verify accuracy of stock.
• Report & review rejected material together with Business Manager & MRO supplier.
• Generate biweekly/ monthly report.
