• Position Title: Inventory Dispatch Coordinator
• Working Location: Jurong Island (Company Transportation Provided, Islandwide)
• Working Hours: 4 days, 12 hours Rotating Shift (2-day shifts + 2 night shift)
• Salary Package: Up to SGD 2400 + Allowances + OT + Incentive (Gross Salary around $3,000)
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all containers are dispatched correctly and the orders are processed properly
• Liaise with the transportation company on container arrival
• Ensure that all vehicles are weighed accordingly
• Send job order to open yard via VMT system

Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Chemical Distributor
• Position Title: Warehouse Operation Coordinator
• Working Location: West – Tuas (Company bus provided at CCK, Boon Lay, Pioneer)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday: 8 am-5.30 pm)
• Salary Package: Up to SGD 2200 + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist in the day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Main coordinator between Warehouse & Sales Coordinator from the print & issue of DO to Warehouse for Picking & Packing.
• Consolidate & check all signed DOs for the previous Day Deliveries, and submit them to Finance.
• Support in month-end stock take and stock replenishment.
• Receive daily orders from sales coordinators and sorted according to delivery dates & delivery teams.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure proper arrangement and inventory accuracy.
• Assist in inventory management, including stock checks and updates.
• Report and manage discrepancies in inventory.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
