The Warehouse Operations Executive's responsibles are:

• Coordinate and manage daily urgent, direct loading, and special project shipments with subcontractors.
• Conduct thorough physical checks of import and export cargoes to ensure their proper condition.
• Verify documents and match them with physical cargo before receiving and releasing shipments.
• Monitor the movement of incoming and outgoing shipments using in-house systems.
• Ensure accurate re-weighting and measurement of physical cargo.
