Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Assistant with Forklift license to carry the inbound and outbound activities in the warehouse.

What Will You Do

• To carry out warehouse in/outbound and fulfillment activities, so as to maintain and support the main function in a warehouse operation.
• Perform daily warehouse and household moving activities, including receiving, inspection, picking, packing, checking, moving and storing incoming goods.
• Loading and unloading of goods from containers, trucks, and others.
• Labelling and ensuring safe packaging for transportation of goods, preparing deliveries for truck drivers.
• Must follow all health and safety procedure and regulations as dictated by the organization

What Do We Want

• Must have at least 1 year warehouse experience
• Must have Forklift license
• Fit and comfortable to to handle heavy goods
• Detail oriented and monitors the quality of inventory
• Highly organized and able to store items efficiently

Job Description

• To pick and pack stock according to D/O received.
• To ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• To receive and process warehouse stocks (receive, unload, store).
• To communicate and cooperate with superiors and co-workers.
• To report any discrepancies.
• Basic housekeeping at the end of the day at the warehouse.
• Other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
• 5.5 Days work week

Requirement

• Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant experience
• Candidate must possess at least Primary/O Level/Diploma/NITEC or any field of study
• Added advantage if possess a Forklift License
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced and dynamic warehouse logistics environment.
• Physically fit as carrying of cartons of bottles are required
• Careful, detailed and willing to learn/take initiative
• Able to start immediately is an advantage

1. Human Resources Assistance

· Recruit & select staff that meet set expectations and are suited to work in a customer-oriented environment.

· Create good working environment and develop subordinates by identifying areas that needs training and action to support it.

· Orientate and train employees and ensure everyone has a complete understanding of the company’s policies by using the operations training manual.

· Manage an efficient team of service staff by taking an active interest in their welfare and development.

· Coach, train and supervise staff to operate stations.

· Develop and motivate team members through capability development.

2. Operational Assistance

· Ensure daily opening and closing duties in the outlet are properly executed.

· Manage, direct and co-ordinate all operation-related activities in a proficient and pleasant method.

· Perform inventory checks and product ordering.

· Maintain high level of customer service as per QSC standards.

· Ensure overall store image is maintained and the brand is always well represented.

· Plan roster for operations staff.

· Monitor opening and closing duties of the outlet.

· Communicate daily and act as liaison between operations staff

and management.

· Ensure that POS system is always operational and accurate.

· Provide co-ordination and services for both kitchen and service.

· Report on time, in proper uniform and grooming.

· Maintain workplace safety and health policies and procedures.

· Provide suggestions or develop new SOP to improve operation and employee duties for the betterment of the customers.

· Execute any other duties as requested by immediate superiors.

3. Financial Assistance

· Achieve Business KPIs set by management.

· Achieve monthly sales target and report daily sales and cost of labour of the outlet to the office though the roster.

· Ensure that the outlet budget is strictly adhered to and that all costs are controlled including shop expense, cost of goods & cost of labour.

· Reduce food, beverage and stocks wastage in the outlet.

· Managing of daily sales transactions and cash float.

· Monitor handling of dining vouchers, discount, cash, petty cash and tips in the outlet. Adhere to company’s cash handling policy and guidelines.

· Manage overall manpower planning, including planning daily duty roster to ensure optimum use of manpower in the outlet.

· Verify & process daily and monthly roster for accurate payroll execution.

4. Administration Assistance

· Ensure that all the supplies and stocks in the outlet are sufficient for the day to day operations.

· Maintain an attractive and an orderly appearance in the outlet.

· Prepare the daily sales report.

· Monitor proper ordering, receiving, storage procedures are being followed.

5. Promotion Assistance

· Motivate, guide and train the staff in upselling the food and beverage items.

· Attend to guest requests and attend to guest complaints as required. Resolving this at store level though service recovery.

· Ensure that all staff are properly informed daily via ‘roll call’.

Customer Service Executive

Working Days: 5 Days [Monday - Friday]
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm
Salary: $2800 - $3000
Location: Chinatown

Sales Coordinator in showroom and support team members to complete orders for clients.

Critical Accountabilities :

• Meets and greets walk in showroom customers (assists customers with selection of product, record sales in ERP systems and filing of bank receipts and delivery notes)
• Build rapport and maintain good relationship with corporate customers, understands their needs and provide professional pre-sales and post-sales services in order to explore further business opportunities
• Handle daily in-coming sales calls enquiries and support sales executive (records new customers who walk in & inform sales supervisor via a weekly spreadsheet)
• Fills out required embroidery forms for client embroidery
• Generate sales invoices, quotes & packing lists & Help prepare customer orders & packing
• General upkeep of display in Showroom
• Check incoming stock/embroidery and stock transfer
• Update regularly embroidery Spreadsheet
