• Working closely with sales team for new lead enquiry from customer
• Performing General Admin Duties & handle all general incoming call.
• Ensured vendor invoices are documented and processed in a timely manner

Job Requirements:

• Min diploma qualification &above
• Proficiency in MS office skill, computer literate
• Min 1-3 years relevant experience
• Meticulous with good working responsibilities & attitude
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Must be positive, responsible, organized and independent.

Store Assistant | Class 3 License | Admiralty
Working hour : 8am to 5.45pm Mon to Fri
Working Salary : $2000-$2400 + OT
Working Location: Woodlands

Responbilities:

• Responsible for store function.
• Maintain proper store layout and implement control of materials/products.
• Carry out and maintain proper stock receiving, issuing and recording
• Maintain proper security of store area.
• Recommend quality improvement measures to immediate superior.
• Schedule delivery to customer according Delivery Plan.
• Reporting to Store Supervisor

Requirement:

• Able to perform heavy work tasks up to 20-25kg
• With 1 year of warehousing and store experience.
• GCE O Level/ITE level
• Candidate with Class 3 Driving License is added advantaged.
