Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Head of Operations for efficient manpower planning and execution of asset activities.
• Monitor advertising assets failure trend for preventive maintenance planning and to ensure sufficient spares.
• Prepare monthly performance report
• Train and guide the Field Operations team, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, maintaining smooth execution of cleaning, maintenance, managing warehouse and posting tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Logistics or Industrial & Operations Management.
• 8 years of proven experience in operations, warehouse, and facility management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office/ WMS; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willing to work in the West Singapore for 5.5 days in a week.
