Job Title: Site Engineer (ID8372)
Location: Woodlands, Singapore
Working Hour：Mon-Fri, 8:30am to 5:30pm
Salary: $2800 - $4000

Job Description:
-To resolve all technical and non-technical issues during the project lifecycle.
-To ensure the tracking and monitoring of items per contractual requirement.
-Responsible for submission and monitoring of technical drawings, method statements and proposals.
-To ensure construction meeting client & regulatory requirements.
-To carry out short-term planning to meet site progress.
-To co-ordinate, program and monitor site work, materials, plant & equipment.
-Carry out project objectives to align with company goals.
-Minimize material wastage on-site and maximize machinery/equipment usage.
-To control the allocated direct workforce effectively i.e. no. of direct workers and overtime etc.
-Follow approved construction method that is cost effective, productive & without compromising on Quality.
-Achieve targeted progress of works to ensure the intended cash flow.

Requirement:
-Experience in leading a team or subcontractors would be advantageous.
Strong communication skills.
-Highly committed and motivated individual.
-Versed in PUB(WRN) projects with more than 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is an advantage.

Job Title: Project Engineer (ID5034)
Location: Ubi
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.30am – 6pm
Salary: $3000 to $4000


Job Description:

The role and responsibilities include, but are not limited to,
• To manage projects, monitor progress and ensure smooth completion.
• To coordinate the works of a multi-disciplinary workforce including consultants, external subcontractors and etc.
• To handle project risk management and issues escalation.
• To ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at work site.
• To provide project status update to management accurately and in a timely manner.
• To attend to maintenance issues during DLP.
• To assists in products specification and datasheet.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by Manager.



Requirement:

• Min Diploma holder in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering
• At least 3 years’ experience as Project Engineer
• Motivated to work in challenging, fast paced and result-driven environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of lighting an advantage
• Knowledge of software an advantage, eg. Autocad, Photoshop, Dialux
