Work Location: Tampines
Work Day: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)
Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain the Quality Assurance documents in the system
• To support various QA functions
• To coordinate and schedule all documentation control and audits
• To support internal audits to ensure compliance with regulations or standards such as ISO guidelines
• Reviewing data to identify and resolve risks to the organization’s quality standards
• Oversee documentation flow and record retention
• To support and prepare reports
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
Requirements:
• Min “O” Level
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experiences
• Hands-on experience and knowledge in quality management system
• Proficient with Microsoft Word & Excel
• Customer Service Skills, Communication & Interpersonal Skills
• Team player, meticulous, customer-focused, dedicated
• Good written & spoken communication skills
