Requirements:

• Completion of the CAAS M10/L11/L12 Examination and ability to interpret CMM, including Illustrated Part Listings (IPL).
• Experience collaborating with OEMs for capability expansion and familiarity with Lean, Kaizen, and 5S methodologies.
• Knowledge of relevant quality standards and regulations in the marine, defence, and aviation sectors, along with practical experience in Quality Management Systems.

We’re searching for an Engineer/ Senior Engineer to be part of our Thin Film department diverse team of talent. You will be responsible for supporting Thin Film Equipment startup, maintenance and related activities to support daily production and achieve operation targets.

What you will be working on:

• Support CVD/PVD equipment engineering related activities to achieve operation targets and meet company objectives
• Participate in Continuous Improvement for Cost, Yield, Productivity and Uptime
• New Equipment Startup and Relocation to support Production Plan
• Tool Ownership and accountability for Uptime, Wafers scrap, Parts Management, Equipment Down Memo Reduction
• Troubleshoot and resolve Equipment issues to support daily production
• Review and optimize equipment maintenance procedures
• Consumable and spare management ensure adequate provision
• Participate in technology transfer from motherfab
• Participate in implementation of TSMC/NXP BKMs and generate SSMC BKMs
• Update of OIs and SOPs to document real and best practices
• Preventive Maintenance Planning and alignment of schedule with Manufacturing

More About You:

• Bachelor in Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electrical/Electronic)
• 1-3 years’ experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• 5 years direct experience in CVD equipment for Diploma holders
• Knowledge in the following tool types AMAT Endura , Centura WxZ, Novellus Altus, Tel Scrubber, Jusung Eureka
• At least 3 years’ experience in same field will be consider for senior position
• A strong background and experience in semiconductor manufacturing

Qualifications for Civil Engineer
Diploma in civil engineering, construction engineering technology, or electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
Experience with AutoCAD and CAD Software.
Prior experience in a consulting position.
A leader and problem solver with a demonstrated collaborative work ethic.
Experience with calculus and statistics.
Demonstrated skill in project design.
Fluency in surveying and site design.
Fluency in sediment control, erosion control, sanitary sewer management, and digging.
Strict attention to detail.
Can produce cost estimates.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

· Interacts closely with Client/Customers regarding their technical questions.

· Supervised daily operations in the laboratory and ensures that all activities are align with the required standard/specifications and safety protocols.

· Prepares report on all laboratory tests, this include analysis and interpretation of the results.

· Contributes in business development opportunities for new services or new methodologies.

· Willing to conduct various laboratory tests (if necessary) I.e. Triaxial test, Consolidation test, resilient modulus test and soil classification test.

· Maintaining the equipment, ensures all equipment are calibrated with required accuracy and functioning properly.

· Ensures all the report are submitted to client as per scheduled deadlines.

· Monitor the status of all received sample from sample preparation to report submission.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical or a closely related field.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong understanding of soil mechanics principles and behavior.

· Proficiency in Microsoft office specially at MS Excel.

· No experience but have strong knowledge/interest in geotechnical materials are welcome to apply.
