• To oversee the daily operations of QA/QC Department.

Requirement:

• Diploma in Architectural; Civil/ Structural Engineering or Concrete Materials related.
• Preference given to those with 2-3 years' experience as a QC manager in Singapore construction industry, especially in readymix concrete. Senior QC Engineer position will be considered if the candidate is familiar with the trade.
• Dynamic, self motivated, proactive and results-oriented individuals
• Able to start within short notice period will be preferred.

LOAD AND OPERATE HIGH-SPEED BLENDERS AND EQUIPMENT, PACKAGE MATERIAL FOR SHIPMENTS, INCLUDING WEIGHT AND QUANTITIES. ABLE TO UNDERSTAND AND REGARDING PLANT SAFETY AND OPERATIONS. FOLLOW BOTH VERBAL AND VISUAL INSTRUCTIONS. MAINTAIN GOOD HOUSEKEEPING. TRAIN OTHER OPERATORS WHEN ASSIGNED TO DO SO AND MAY BE REQUIRED TO RELIEVE OTHER OPERATIONS.

JOB SUMMARY
The job position is located at our customer site and performed in 24x7 rotating shifts as planned.
Administration, support and maintain production system and ensure their high availability, service
level agreements and customer satisfaction.
Perform system integration related tasks, such as installation, testing, analyse and troubleshooting
to draw conclusions to the project team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Main Responsibilities:
 - Support Level 1 & Service tasks
- Ensure customer satisfaction in maintenance and support
- Analyse, Troubleshoot, solve assigned tickets by the Team lead.
 - Formalize corrective action plans or local workaround within the SLA
 - Solve or escalate the analysis to the Level 2 support
 - Communicate regularly to keep the customer informed on the progress
 - Maintain components of IT infra and backend, including Hardware and Software
 - Replacements of Hardware/Endpoint equipment when faulty.
 - Perform site administration activities – Regular health checks on endpoints, Regular restart of
services, monthly report submission.
 - Perform Preventive maintenance of servers and wide range of endpoint devices.
 - Backup and Restore – Database backups, logs housekeeping, Image backup of endpoint,
workstation, servers etc.,
 - Perform OS Patching, Anti-virus update, security patching.
 - Assist in Change/Service request deployment and testing.

• Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Conduct presentations to customers, negotiate sales contracts, and close deals effectively.
• Market Intelligence: Track market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and new product developments. Provide feedback to the Product Management team.
• Customer Enquiries & Proposals: Address customer inquiries promptly, prepare tailored proposals, and provide quotations.
• Relationship Management: Build, develop, and maintain strong business relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Complaint Resolution: Work with the QA Team to resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Market Research & Analysis: Continuously monitor market developments and technological advancements to stay ahead of competition.

• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the Product Management team to generate RFQs, convert quotations into sales orders, and ensure smooth project execution.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and track progress against sales targets.
• Team Management (if applicable): Oversee and guide Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure effective sales execution.
• Travel: Willingness to travel internationally for customer visits and business development.
• Industry Knowledge: Maintain awareness of the optics manufacturing industry, its technologies, and market trends.

Experience:

· Proven track record in technical sales with strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· At least 2-5 years of relevant sales experience. Candidates with 5+ years of experience and demonstrated leadership/managerial skills may be considered for a managerial position.

· Experience in optics or engineering-related fields is a plus.

· Familiarity with market research and the ability to analyse customer needs and translate them into product solutions.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and communication.

· Ability to work independently and driven to meet sales targets.

· Experience in customer-facing roles and a customer-oriented mindset.

· Factory experience is advantageous.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree/Diploma in Engineering or a related field is required. Candidates with a Master’s or PhD are welcome to apply.
