About The Role

The Ecommerce Logistics & Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of the ecommerce business, including logistics, warehouse management, order fulfilment, and inventory control.

This individual will ensure that all processes run smoothly and efficiently, particularly during peak periods, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Manage all logistics & warehouse operations - ensuring the timely receipt of incoming shipments.

WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU

• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in Ecommerce operations, logistics, & warehouse management
• Experience managing teams, particularly during peak operational periods
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and fulfilment technologies
• Experience working with third-party logistics providers and shipping partners
• Able to lift bulky cartons up to 5kg and capable of standing for extended period of time
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
