Role Overview:
As a Marketing Manager at Ryde, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and brand engagement. You will lead a dynamic team, collaborating with cross-functional departments to create and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns aligned with our company's objectives.
Responsibilities:
● Strategic Planning: Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, brand visibility, and engagement, aligned with company goals and values.
● Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging digital, traditional, and innovative marketing channels.
● Brand Management: Safeguard and enhance Ryde's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing initiatives and communication channels.
● Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and high performance.
● Data-Driven Insights: Utilise analytics and market research to assess campaign performance, derive insights and adapt strategies for continuous improvement.
● Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and nurture strategic partnerships and collaborations that enhance Ryde's market presence and customer reach.
● Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation and maximum return on investment.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, operations, and customer service teams to align marketing strategies with overall company objectives.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field with 10y+ solid experience.
● Strong leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve strategic objectives.
● In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and analytics tools.
● Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships and partnerships both internally and externally.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
● Strong understanding of market trends and a keen eye for innovation in marketing strategies.
