• Perform the role of Lead Investigator into incidents to which you have been assigned. In doing so, it is necessary to immediately:

Seeking a Temporary QA Specialist (Lab) to support our Quality Assurance.

Collaborate with various departments to implement and maintain our Quality Management System.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in resolving customer complaints and managing CAPA, NCM, and deviations.
• Manage Change Control processes and review external testing reports.
• Support audits and compliance with quality standards.
• Coordinate sample submissions, analyze data, and maintain documentation.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma / Degree
• Background in quality assurance or related field would be a plus.
• Knowledge of ISO standards preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
