The Specialist Sales Planning and Operations will be the lynchpin between the Sales team and internal and external key stakeholders. The successful candidate will support the dealership’s operations by serving as a key enabler for our internal sales processes and productivity. Your main responsibilities will include supporting sales operations, coordinating with other intra-company departments, and handling administrative duties.

• Undertake short to long-range planning in relation to the revenue objectives and demand & supply optimisation
• Manage and monitor sales-centric reports, such as sales forecasting, model mix, etc
• Monitor and maintain the Vehicle Stock List, and provide input for vehicle ordering (such as configuration and options) into Porsche Vehicle Management System
• Manage customer orders according to customer requirements and track to ensure timely delivery
• Collaborating with stakeholders and serve as the main liaison to ensure sales-centric matters such as PDI requests and Tequipment orders are handled and processed efficiently
• Providing vital administrative and operations support (e.g. COE bidding, vehicle registrations, warranties, etc) or any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management as required

• Degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields
• 2-3 years of working experience, preferably in Automotive / Luxury / Wholesale and Retail
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint)
• Competent in Data Analytics and usage of tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)

Responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required

• Experience from executive search and selection is highly beneficial
• Fluent English verbal and written skills are required
• Knowledge of social media and experience with LinkedIn in recruitment processes

Main Responsibilities

• Give support to the Regional Communications Manager in the implementation of all regional internal and external communication activities within the Region, aiming to build and protect the company’s reputation with key audiences, wherever LDC operates.
• Work alongside local and/or regional teams to follow through on communication activities and deliverables, in line with communication strategies supporting business objectives.
• Work hand-in-hand with the global communication team to implement or amplify global initiatives within the Region, as well as raise visibility of local/regional initiatives in other geographies, as relevant.
• Manage relationships with external providers, especially existing partner agencies supporting day-to-day activities such as collaterals production, creative design, translation, photography, video production, etc.

Experience

• Corporate communications professional (university degree or equivalent) with 5+ years of experience of in-house corporate communications or as part of a communications consultancy.
• Capable to work with people of different seniority levels within the company (managerial and operational), understanding and conveying the value that communications can add to engage internal/external audiences and support business purposes.
• Must be a quick learner, especially in understanding business and industry matters/issues, as well as internal and external communications tools, to quickly assess/recommend suitable communication strategies and tactics to support diverse objectives.
• Experiences in developing a variety of internal and external communication materials (press releases, Q&A documents, fact sheets, key messages documents, news articles, etc.)
