Job Description

• Manage and track project development from beginning to end, including working with stakeholders to ensure implementation of business requirements and performing user testing of the configured rules in the system.
• Ensure that all project deliverables are executed within timeframe and budget.
• Regular report on project progress, issues and solutions to stakeholders.
• Align and implement customer loyalty programs together with customer, marketing and sales teams to drive business goals and outcomes, such as customer acquisition and retention.
• Track and follow up with issues, requirements and enhancements on the platform.
• Measure and propose strategies to improve the effectiveness of customer loyalty programs

What you'll do:

As a Shopper Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the retail experience. Your primary responsibility will be to co-develop and execute innovative in-store marketing strategies that align with the Marketing Calendar. You will work closely with suppliers and agencies to create engaging POS materials, displays, and gadgets.
