Responsibilities:

• Understand all program requirements and communicate requirements to all subcontractors.
• Maintain effective and timely communication with clients.
• Manage daily orders, ensure service level standards (SLA) are met and resolve services issues.
• Communicate effectively across all functional teams assigned to the program.
• Create orders and coordinate with logistics service providers and/or other sub‐contractors utilized to support the client’s program.
• Attend con‐calls and meetings with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.
• Data management.
• Review subcontractors reports to ensure accuracy and jobs profitability.
• Prepare reports and settlements for billing.
• Support and assist the manager in coaching junior staff.
