Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our client’s team as an Insurance Solutions Specialist. Job Scope:
- Identify and approach prospective clients through leads, referrals, and networking opportunities.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with clients to understand their insurance and financial needs.
- Provide professional advice on suitable insurance products and coverage options.
- Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients.
- Perform follow-up calls and maintain ongoing client relationships.
- Conduct periodic policy reviews to ensure clients’ coverage aligns with their evolving needs.
- Assist clients with policy applications and ensure all documentation is accurately completed.
- Stay updated with industry trends, insurance products, and regulatory requirements.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall performance objectives.
Requirements:
- No prior experience is required; newcomers and entry-level professionals are welcome.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and foster trust with clients.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Basic knowledge of financial and insurance products is a plus but not mandatory.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Willingness to undergo relevant training and obtain necessary insurance certifications/licenses.
