Job Title: Automation Engineer/Senior Automation Engineer

Location: Singapore, On-Site

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for design, coding and support of DeltaV system on site.

· Partial or full ownership in development and implementation of hardware and software solutions pertaining to industrial standards.

· Design and develop system architecture, functional specifications, control strategies and supporting documents as per industry standards.

· Review the life cycle documents/deliverables for the project.

Resquirements:

· Experience in Emerson DeltaV DCS or similar, ideally in Pharma industry.

· Experience with design and configuration of communication protocols and interface between DeltaV DCS and other systems.

· Experience in automation roles for FAT, SAT and site commissioning.

• As the calibration administrator, ensure all equipment is properly calibrated and provides accurate measurements with appropriate identification.
• Assist with customer complaint analysis, investigate quality issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Authorize product release (Certificate of Conformance), and review and approve Certificates of Analysis (COA).
• Adhere to safety protocols and implement preventive measures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for QC team performance, production quality trends, and quality control charts.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum professional certification / Diploma / Degree in relevant subject area
• Working knowledge on ISO13485:2016 and quality assurance / quality control of medical devices is an added advantage
• Familiar with use of various quality control tools and test equipment
