Job Description:

As a Project Control Manager in the oil and gas industry, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the project control activities for various oil and gas projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed within budget, on schedule, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, PMI-SP) is preferred.
2. Proven experience (10+ years) in project control, project management, or related roles in the oil and gas industry, with specific experience in upstream, midstream, or downstream projects.
3. In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, techniques, and tools, including project scheduling, cost control, risk management, and change management.
4. Familiarity with oil and gas industry practices, processes, and regulations, including safety standards, environmental regulations, and permitting requirements.
5. Proficiency in project management software, such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent tools, for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
6. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret and analyze complex project data and performance metrics.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse project teams and stakeholders.
8. Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate, inspire, and influence others to achieve project objectives.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for day-to-day business data management and regular business report preparations, which includes SAP material master maintenance, data integrity checking and statistics.
• Daily monitoring of basic system health and to flag out any inconsistency in API/System functions when found/reported.
• Daily monitoring of system backend jobs and ensure transactional data are interfacing in healthy state with external/internal system.
• To support Business Analytics, extracting and reorganizing original data, dealing with data related issues with other departments.
