Purpose of role:

This role will focus on improving internal testing processes and be hands-on with both manual and automation software testing. The role will support several key web product initiatives and ensure high quality software release to our customers, both internal operations team and external customers.

Responsibilities:

• Identify testable events and develop the test cases / test scripts. Leverage the testing process and test tools to create re-useable test assets.
• Implement related testing missions, including but not limited to Test plans, Test environment, Test cases, Test reports, bugs tracking, and regression test, based on the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).

Qualifications:

Qualifications & experience

• At least a Diploma in engineering or equivalent

• Equipped with excellent quality management knowledge and problem solving skills such as 8D, SPC, DOE, statistics etc

Tasks & responsibilities

• Manage and maintenance of the Quality Management System as per relevant standards such as ISO 13485, ISO17025, 21 CFR 820, IVDD/MDD and GxP etc.
• Conduct quality control for imaging product and imaging services to ensure the high level of compliance for products/services in all quality aspects
• Provide assistance in all internal and external audits (for example, ISO and suppliers)
• Identify, initiate and drive quality projects for continuous improvement of product/service
• Coordinates with other functions to develop business process and perform proactive risk management (risk identification, assessment, analysis and control)
• Assist in preparing and compiling dossier for regulatory submissions if required

Role Purpose:

To perform independently all aspects of Quality activities for the assigned area/discipline which include stage quality control and inspection, receiving inspection and material/equipment verification, reviewing and approving of tests and ensuring appropriate corrective and preventive actions are implemented address quality gaps/lapses. Independent Quality Control and Inspection Work - Performs stage QC and inspection work at site in line with the agreed inspection and test plan and as per applicable drawings and procedures. Also participates in multi-discipline mechanical completion/handover inspections as necessary.

Verifies and Approves Vendor Tests and Reports - Witnesses and approves tests (including applicable destructive and non-destructive tests), as well as Quality inspection and testing reports submitted by contractor/vendor to ensure adherance to quality requirements

Monitoring and Prevention of Incidents - Raises Observations and NCR reports and liaises with the Classification Certification Authority/Customer on acceptance of work and providing support in incident notification and investigation, as well as implementation of preventive measures.

Agility to Evolving Specifications - Adheres to change management procedure when technical/site queries are raised and agreed by relevant parties if any deviation to Specifications/approved procedures is required

Monitoring of the Delivery Process - Manages timely resolution of quality issues arising from each vendor to ensure the equipment/package arrives on site with zero / minimal carry-over work.

Raising Punch Lists - Witnesses and completes applicable A-ITR’s by verifying each line item, as well as raises punch-lists and clears rectification of punches as applicable in respective discipline, to ensure the delivery in full with adherence to quality requirements

Qualifications:

Structure – CSWIP 3.1/AWS or Equivalent.

Piping – CSWIP 3.1 /API 570 or Equivalent.

Painting – NACE level II or Equivalent.

Electrical – ATEX or Equivalent.

Mechanical- Certifications related to mechanical discipline, like API 510 preferred.

Purpose of position:

To support the project control personnel of various projects utilising the Worley’s project control systems in the set-up and execution phases of the project.

It is permanently assigned to the projects with a proven track record of the initiation of meaningful project control in a multi projects environment.

Key Accountabilities of position:

• Provide specialist project control services for the support of the WorleyParsons project control system
• Assist the Business Systems Group in the rollout of the project control system including initial configuration and contribution to training activities
• Liaise with project teams to ensure the correct utilisation of the project control system based on project specific requirements and corporate guidelines
• Review and develop data interfaces for third party project systems, as required
• Prepare and control Inter Entity Work Orders
• Safety – Responsible for personal safety safe working practices for the Business Systems Customer Sector Group. Understand and follow OH&S procedures.
• Quality Assurance – Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the Business Systems Customer Sector Group
• Undertake project roles, as required, to include: Take ownership of the cost control function and ensure integrity of the data being processed, interface with project personnel to develop project forecasts and analyse project costs, supervise any supporting roles in the project cost control area, liaise with clients to clarify cost related issues and develop timely and meaningful monthly invoices. Ensure payment of invoices according to EPCM contract terms, preparation of project invoices in conjunction with the Accounts Department. Liaise with Client for reporting purposes, preparation of monthly financial reports for the project. Also prepare other financial analysis as required on an adhoc basis. Implement financial controls including controlling authorisations of expenditure and cash flow projections, preparation of budgets in conjunction with engineering and construction team members, ensure effective coordination and cooperation between other team members, particularly in regard to cost, planning (forecasting) and procurement matters. Reviewing, auditing and improving project controls activities on specific projects - demonstration of project controls capability in the areas of cost control and scheduling to existing and potential clients (business development) and direct involvement in execution of key projects: Proposal preparation & demonstrate a high level of skill in planning Oil & Gas industry Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Project Management modification and maintenance projects using computer based planning and scheduling techniques. Demonstrate Primavera Project Planning software operating expertise with the ability to apply Critical Path Method planning techniques to develop detail Engineering and Installation Project networks and schedules. Computer based Project Management Planning experience (especially utilising Primavera P63 package or equivalent) and ability to apply Earned Value Management techniques to measure/status and monitor.

Requirements:

• 12 to 15 years professional experience in related duties
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in oil & gas / petrochemical industry
• Engineering Degree
• Must have proven track record of the initiation of meaningful project controls in a multi project environment and with demonstrable skills in management of project time and cost
