- Update and maintain quality system documents, including records, for the company according to Document Control procedures.

- Update quality reports as per weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly schedules.

- As system administrator for Calibration Management System of CPMS, including liaising with system developer when required.

- Support continual improvement on Quality & Information Security Management Systems.

Requirements:

- Diploma in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or equivalent

- 2 years of relevant working experience

- Knowledge with SMT / PCBA / Bulk Capacitor an added advantage

- Good analytical problem solving skills

Job Objectives

- TCOE Test Engineering will work closely with the respective stakeholders across the GTO organisation to drive testing transformation as aligned with GTO’s overall strategy.

- Reporting to the Test Engineering Lead, the candidate will be responsible for matters related to mobile testing and device management

- The candidate is also expected to support best practice adoption across the GTO’s appointed test service providers in accordance with the organization’s standards.

Key Responsibilities

▪ Provide technical support for mobile device related issues during SIT testing

▪ Work with test automation teams to setup/support mobile test automation framework, CICD pipelines etc

▪ Point of contact to work with vendors on mobile device farm related issues

▪ Work with local and regional teams on mobile device and device farm administration (ie device/user

onboarding, tracking, offboarding)

▪ Monitor device and farm license usage; Generate regular reports on demand, usage, incidents etc

▪ Ensure device tracker, mobile testing-related documentation is kept up to date.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer engineering or related field.

• Proven working experience in Test Engineering, or equivalent role with at least 5 to 7 years relevant

experience in large and complex organisations preferably in the area of Banking and Finance

• Proven experience with mobile device related testing

• Good understanding of tools and device farms e.g. Tosca, Appium, InTune, Perfecto or equivalent mobile

device farm

• Good working knowledge in mobile testing and DevOps technologies: ie Java, Python, Appium, Jenkins,

CI/CD, Perfecto

• Experience in mobile device management (MDM) and use of mobile device farm are essential

• Experience in working in multi-cultural, diverse, and remote virtual teams.

• Excellent client facing, internal communications, written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in working with regional teams in ASEAN useful

• Strong attention to details, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Manage Cleaning Services

• Coordinate with supervisor and client to ensure quality service delivery (compiling, analysing, development and review of operation plans to improve work procedures and quality service delivery)
• Ensure cleaning teams adhere to safety measures during cleaning operation
• Review daily cleaning job reports for submission to management
• preparing periodic schedules and all other documentations and ensure all periodic schedule has been enforced and followed up accordingly.
• Covering of manpower if needed (required you to do hands-on cleaning)
• Recruiting of manpower for projects
• Resolving all matters/ incidents on site
• Attend monthly client meeting on Site and conduct Weekly Cleaning Teams Toolbox meeting
• Act as liaison with the client to gauge satisfaction levels and respond to client concern

Manage quality, inventory, equipment and maintenance schedule

• Stocktake and allocating of equipment and supplies to project sites
• Identify and recommend suitable equipment and /or technologies to improve cleaning operations
• Implement maintenance schedules for tools and equipment
• Inventory checks on trolley, cleaner closet, etc to ensure that correct materials and equipment are being clean by the cleaners.
• Cleanliness checks to Equipment / Trolleys to ensure the cleaning equipment and tools are keep in good condition.
• Generate inspection reports and other Quality related documents.
• Assist in checking, updating and enforcing Quality documentation standard procedures and Quality Control
• Conduct Quality Assurance audits.
• Assist to ensure ISO compliance.

Manage cleaning teams

• Facilitating in planning of work schedules, deployment of manpower, effective work processes and capability development of staff
• Ensure timely inspections on the Quality of cleaning as well as safety of the operation as the sustainability of the service being provided.
• Checks on e.g.: Name Tag, shoes, pants to ensure that works project a positive image as frontline staff.
• To make sure all cleaning staff follow SOPs.
• Assist with evaluating the performance of the cleaners.
• Any other duties as assigned.
