You will provide claim assessment and processing services to Claims section.

The Job

· Support processing of claims registration in online portal and handling claims registration sent to main processing system (GroupAsia);

· Support processing of medical claims via SFTP submission;

· Approval of claims within authorized limits;

· Sorting and Date Stamping of incoming mails for the Group Insurance Department;

· Claims registration for Inpatient Claims;

· Sending of EOBs & Cheques

· Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
