• Evaluate payment related products for different customers with in-depth understanding of the total field of EMVCo/Visa/Master and the causes of security demands in evaluation methods.
• Responsible for the technical and/or methodological quality of projects.
• Represent the company in the field of EMVCo/Visa/Master to customers and during conferences and events.
• Actively involved in defining internal R&D programs and take an active role in supporting the acquisition of projects.
• Guide other colleagues in their development and communication to customers.
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure all services and documentation are delivered to customer’s specification.
• Ensure work flows and operation processes are in line with written procedures, and practical trainings.
• Conduct policing checks on ground and in cleanroom environment to ensure handling, packing, protection processes are carried out according to approved training/document.
• Ensure that goods, accessories and associated tools are packed in accordance to respective work instructions.
• Review/maintain work instructions and other technical documents to provide timely and relevant update. Be the custodian of quality/process flow related documents.
• Ensure that good housekeeping is practised throughout every operation. Propose quality improvement plans.
• Develop quality tracking matrices and provide timely reports to the affected clients.
• Execute error prevention initiatives, or any plan to meet Customer’s quality expectation.
• Review and eliminate unnecessary appraisal/documentation to streamline the process.

Job Requirements

• Proficient in MS Office. Shared Point.
• Proficient in Written and Verbal Communication skills.
• Ability to adapt and multi-task.
• Relevant work experience in logistics, semi-conductor or electronic industry is an advantage.
• Able to write in a clear, concise manner, and generate comprehensive reports.
• Experience in the creation and implementation of continuous improvement program.

• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
• Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
• Monitor debugging process results
• Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement

QUALITY ASSURANCE TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities :

1. Ensure compliance to Food Safety System and to update periodically.
2. Perform cargo inspection on in-coming shipments, in process and finished products.
3. Lead in sustaining SFA, Halal, FSSC/ISO 22000, HACCP yearly surveillance audit
4. To liaise with authorities (eg, SFA) on related Food Safety / License issues when required.
5. In charge of health certificate application and laboratory reports arrangement and maintenance of such records.
6. Involve in Product Development projects.
7. Conduct hygiene training, daily inspection of process workers, process rooms and related areas.
8. Ensure proper records of product and hygiene inspections.
9. Drive continuous improvement project to sustain food quality & safety in factory
10. Any other QA/QC duties as assigned by the company

Requirements :

1. Minimum Diploma in Food Science/microbiology
2. Preferably at least 2 years experience in Food Manufacturing industry
3. Knowledge in FSSC/ ISO / HACCP / HALAL standard requirement and Auditing
4. Meticulous, positive working attitude, able to cooperate/ communicate with all level of employees
5. Independent, initiative and motivate staff is required
