• Plan and coordinate gap analysis exercises and provide advice on bridging the gap
• Manage and oversee quality audits by plan and ensure quality audits findings and recommendations are rectified and implemented
• Apprise management of quality audit findings and corrective actions taken
• Ensure that the procedures and processes prescribed by the Quality Management System are in place and implemented per requirement
• Review the Quality Management System periodically to assess continued suitability and areas of possible improvement

The Compliance Anti Money Laundering Risk Management Analyst is an integral role to a MNC bank's independent compliance risk management team. The role, at an intermediate level, plays a crucial role in recommending and establishing internal procedures to prevent money laundering while assisting in financial crime matters in coordination with the broader Anti-Money Laundering (AML) team. Job Duties & Responsibilities

· Responsible for ensuring that the quality management system (QMS) is fully implemented in an organized
