You are qualified in Singapore or Malaysia, hold a valid work visa for Singapore, and have a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate, commercial, or capital markets law, gained either in private practice or in-house. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular quality assessments to troubleshoot and resolve issues with product functionality.
• Partner with R&D to evaluate new products or parts and generate detailed quality reports.

• Reports to Construction Manager
• Ensure the quality of all construction work performed on site are in accordance with the company's QA/QC requirement
• Visit project sites, arrange and conduct QA/QC inspections
• Assist project teams in the preparation of project specific CONQUAS/Quality Management assessment by BCA with specific contract requirements.
• Ensure workmanship, procedures and method statements are in accordance to specified standards
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure works are in compliance with method statements & proper sequence of work and in accordance to BCA’s good industry practice
• Ensure that all project quality records and quality audit plans are maintained.
• Prepare inspection & test plans/check list for site activities Review inspection and testing reports
• Propose corrective action and ensure and timely and effectively carried out to rectify
• Oversee delivery inspection of project materials
• Review, approve and maintain QA/QC related documentation and carry out other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Architectural or Civil / Structural Engineering
• At least 6 years of relevant site project experience in QA/QC roles for construction projects
• Familiar with Singapore Codes and Practices

• Able to liaise with workers/Clients, Consultant, Main Con colleagues, subcon and suppliers on QA/QC works and protocols at site
