What you'll do:

• Perform daily operational duties for Manual and reading related activities via the various meter reading and billing systems and following up with relevant parties to resolve daily operational issues.
• Perform User acceptance testing for meter reading billing system changes and upgrade activities.
• Perform administrative duties such as monthly statistics for payment related and meter reading related reporting to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Attend to enquiries via Case Activities, telephone emails.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

What you'll need:

• Applicants need to possess at least a diploma from recognized institute.
• Possess good knowledge in Microsoft Excel
• Possess good knowledge in SAP system would advantageous.
• Able to work well both independently and as part of team in a dynamic environment.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous and able to meet deadlines.

What you'll need:

• Applicants need to possess at least a diploma from a recognized institute.
