Customer Service Executive assist the Facility Management business unit while running the Quality Assurance & Communication function of the company. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high-quality standards across our organization.

As the Customer Service Executive, you will assist Facility Management Team to drive customer success and operational excellence. Your primary goal will be to optimize customer experience, promote customer loyalty, and ensuring the renewal of the contract.

Scope of Works of Customer Service Executive

· Deliver excellent customer service to students and stakeholders by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, ensuring that all interactions are properly documented.

· Collaborate with the Customer Services team to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance service quality and satisfaction.

· Assist in the administration of contracts, including reviewing contract terms, maintaining contract files, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

· Support contract negotiations and renewals by providing necessary documentation and liaising with relevant stakeholders.

Administrative

· In charge of day-to-day company operations and duties, including answering phone call, attending to visitors/clients, arranging despatch/courier service, opening mailbox & distributing mail & etc

· Filing, scanning of Statutory Files and updating of information on relevant system

· Support the general admin duties of the company (including liaising and attending to enquiries from clients)

· Any other ad-hoc duties when required (such as ordering stationery, pantry supplies management, copier troubleshooting & etc.)

· Provide clerical and administrative support to Manager(s) and Director(s)

· Track bank transaction(s) and record payments and receipts

Job Description

1. Spearhead new projects by clients to develop from product brief / conception to Finished Good / First Customer Ship.

2. Work closely with Food Production staff including chefs to montior closely timeline , ensuring no manday over-run and also various external vendor like suppliers of raw materials, packaging and client updates.

3. Hands-on in the manufacturing to drive and support production and packing to ensure timeline is achieved.

4. Work closely with Head Chef, sous chef to obtain solutions to ensure timeline , ingredients sufficiency, manpower planning, packaging all aligns with datelines.

5. Hands-on support to various aspect of the production to achieve production targets.

6. Proficient and experienced in both cooking in the Catering / Central Kitchen environment as well as having prior experience / flair in doing Food Product Development in terms of suitable Food Packaging, Shelf Life enhancement methods, various cooking technology, executing food production.

Job Requirement

1. This candidate should preferably be trained in culinary arts and have at least 2 years experience in Catering, Central Kitchen, Food institutions in volume production.

2. A hands-on role which the candidate is also expected to perform all the functions of the chef in terms of mis-en-place, hot cooking, food costing, budgeting, packing cleaning if needed.

3. In addition the candidate is expected to have a track record of project managing food projects that includes packaging, new cooking techniques, shelf life extension technologies, new equipments , trends in the industry, food visual merchandising.

4. Internet Savvy with Facebook, Tik Tok , Instagram etc

5. Must be able to consume and handle pork related food products.

6. Knowledge of all local regulatory and international standards like SFA, ISO22k, FSSC22k, HALAL, GMP etc are essential.
