Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marcomms strategies (press releases, email marketing, promotional materials).
• Manage social media content and strategy to increase engagement.
• Oversee retail operations, ensuring a premium customer experience.
• Serve as a brand ambassador at events and in media appearances.
• Conduct market research to inform strategies.
• Collaborate with the interior styling team for cohesive branding.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related.
• Experience in marketing and retail, luxury sector preferred.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and social media.
• Strong communication, writing, and creative skills.
• Leadership qualities; ability to meet sales targets.
• Flexibility for weekend and holiday work.

• Identifies, develops, and retains new business relationships.
• Responsible for B2B sales account management and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve sales objectives primarily through selling to enterprises.
• Manage the entire sales process through qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, negotiation and close.
• Provide good after-sales service

• Lead digital marketing campaigns across channels.
• Analyze performance against key performance indicators.
• Evaluate customer experience across multiple touchpoints.
• Collaborate with agencies and external partners.
• Assess and adopt emerging digital technologies.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Marketing with at least 1 year of relevant marketing working experience.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools.
