Role Overview:

The Programme Executive plays a pivotal role in planning, executing, and managing all school programmes for the School of English and the Chinese School of International Studies. • Create course IDs, intake IDs, and module shells on Canvas.

Stakeholder Liaison

• Serve as the primary contact for both internal (Sales, Business Development, Quality Assurance, Marketing) and external (vendors) stakeholders.

• Process payments, manage vendor relationships, and handle tutor/marker claims (claim forms, invoices, and purchase orders).

Student Enrolment and Materials Preparation

Student Orientation and Support

Policy Implementation and Compliance
