[Team Environment]

As a Senior Executive (Business Support), you will play a pivotal role in both the Regional Business and Operations Department (RBOD) and the CEO's office. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will collaborate closely with regional heads, contributing to the seamless functioning of the RBOD. [Job Responsibilities]

In the RBOD, your role involves diverse responsibilities ranging from supporting commercial tenders and project bids to conducting market research and preparing marketing materials. You will be a key contributor to events and programs, coordinating client visits, and managing administrative tasks. Simultaneously, in the CEO's office, you will be the linchpin, handling secretarial and administrative duties, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements. [Role Requirements]

1. Stakeholder Engagement

• Establish strong rapport and close communications with Partners through an integrated Account Management approach

2. Programme Management

• Support capacity development of Home Care and Centre-based services
• Support management of programme deliverables, track progress and ensure compliance to development of programmes and implementation timelines

3. Sector Operations Administration

• Review data from progress reports and develop insights on trends in utilisation of programmes / services
