Responsibilities

• Set up, test and provide technical support for all virtual events, including events attended by both physical and virtual guests and participants.
• Set up and provide technical support for all matters relating to operations requiring video conferencing solutions.
• As first responders, attend, manage, mitigate, resolve, and report all disruptions relating to virtual hearings, events and meetings.
• Make sure all infrastructure’s related hardware and software are operational at all times.
• Coordinate with and provide advice to users for all matters requiring video conferencing.
• Conduct daily inspections to ensure hearing venues are available according to schedule.
• Take ownership in the management and maintenance of all VC and AV equipment and system, e.g., routine checks and preventive maintenance works

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience (AV/Electrical/Electronics/IT), of which at least 1 year of experience should be in providing AV/ IT service to users.
• A diploma in a related field
• Good planning and organizing skills, have a service-oriented mind-set, Good interpersonal & communication skills, and adaptable to change.
• Able to provide good customer service when providing technical services.
• Be familiar with customer service software such as Freshdesk or Manage Engine.

• Planning and executing the year’s event calendar
• Organise or co-organise external B2B or B2C events that raise awareness or revenue generation
• Optimizing the leads funnel for B2C and B2B business leads
• Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
• Liaison with external vendors to manage our campaigns, including SEO, copywriting, events, and online sales
• Oversee the production of valuable and engaging content for our social media, website & blog that attracts and converts our target groups
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and optimize advertising spend
• Oversee and prepare marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

Job Requirement
